As i know windows 8 and 8.1 need defined crl list in certificate.

Windows 8 too? I know Windows Phone requires that... is this Win 8 RT that needs the CRLDP in the root CA or server CA (it can be in either it appears) - we had to update our CA last summer because of the Windows Phone change :| alan
