Please, help me distinguish: is it WiFi client, WLC or FreeRADIUS configuration issue?
If that's *all* the debug output, then it's a client issue, as the client is ignoring the challenge. Otherwise please post all the debug output from the FreeRADIUS starting banner down to including the complete authentication.
