Implementation for isp

Freeradius want to implement the isp that work: I will need the following settings: - Authenticating the pppoe. - Delivery of public ips for pppoes customers. Fixed and dynamic. - Delivery of preventing duplicate ips. I am sending this email because I see many users with difficulties in delivering ips.
