Issue with building eapol_test for EAP-AKA testing with FreeRadius Server on MacOS Mojave

Hi, I need to build eapol_test from http://w1.fi/wpa_supplicant/ to use EAP-AKA simulator client with FreeRadius Server on my MacOS. However while trying to build I am getting some compilation errors. So would like to know if eapol_test supported on MacOS and if you are able to build it successfully on MacOS.
