Freeradius on connection / disconnect run commands

Hi, I have currently got freeradius setup using a SQL database for authentication and accouting. Is there any way I can get freeradius to run a system command every time a new client connects and disconnects, also bearing in mind to pass information like username and clients ip address as arguments to my program.
