When I install Odyssey Client I can authenticate and connect to my WLAN. Without it, it does not work.
That answers your question. Problem is with Windows not your configuration. Resolution is documented in eap.conf, FAQ etc.
BTW this debug is from an accepted attempt (Odyssey?).
