Optimize the authentication time

Hi people, we have a Freeradius with AD authentication and SQL authorization. I could notice that several Windows 10 clients spend severalk seconds in authorization and authentication. Is there any way to optimize the time of authentication/authorization? Thanking in advance, Tommy
