I don't see any radio messages sent from Mikrotik. Check if the udp 1812
port is open in the firewall on the freeradius server. It also happened to
me that packets did not arrive until I specified the src ip in the mikrotik
radius section.
I'm checking for udp port 1812 to be open, udp ports 1813, 42957 (udp6), 18120 (udp), 56344 (udp) also need to be open? i checked that the freeradius listen these ports.
