Apparently not. You need to take the effort to describe what you want. You need to take the effort to describe what you configured. You need to take the effort to describe what tests you ran. You need to take the effort to describe what happened. When you take your car to a mechanic, you don't say "It's broken. Fix it." You give him SOME kind of description of what the problem is.
