You build FreeRADIUS with libcollectdclient, it enables the additional options in radsniff to let you point it at a collectd socket, you point radsniff to the socket (possibly putting it into daemon mode), everything works :) You may need to set the sample interval with -W<num> I can't remember if that's enabled automatically if you specify collectd output. Alternatively you can use v3.1.x radsniff, and write something that consumes the CSV output and inserts it into the graphing package of your choice.
