How to setup Freeradius

I have been able to install freeradius using the Synaptic Package Manager. I installed these two packages openssl and the freeradius. I have also installed certificates. I have been able to get everything to work with freeradius except PEAP and TLS. Do I need to install other packages or do anything else in order to get PEAP and TLS to work? Thanks Scott
