Freeradius – last build from repo – reject response adds unexpected values when SQL is not available.

umm, well, someones changed your config to change the SQL return value to 'fail' when the server isnt around...rather than a hard reject. and therefore the server will take a different path through the config int his case its *probably* pulling those attributes as some DEFAULT from the users file alan
