Easy: authorize { if (User-Name == Fred) { update control { Proxy-To-Realm := OTHER_PROVIDER } } } ...then define the realm & home servers for "OTHER_PROVIDER" in proxy.conf. Obviously you can use SQL, rlm_passwd, "files" modules to do the lookup.
Secondly Looking for script to count both in and out data traffic.
