Please post the debug log, as suggested in the FAQ, README, and INSTALL.
I got it up and running. I don't know if anyone before had this problem. Problem was in nonstandard fields that Mikrotik sent to freeradius. Preprocess directive inside authentication section solved the problem. Igor S.
