HMAC expansions in v3.0.x HEAD

      Hi All,

Two new xlats available in v3.0.x head.

%{hmacsha1:&data &key}
%{hmacsha1:&data supersecret}

and

%{hmacmd5:&data &key}
%{hmacmd5:&data supersecret}

Potentially useful for doing signing of requests for Web APIs and other security stuff.

Let me know if anyone has an immediate need for other flavours.
