greetings, thanks to everybody very much! the problem resolution, in my case, was too simple ... firmware upgrade ... firmware with EAP-TLS issue was Sx300_FW_Boot_1.3.5.58.ros and firmware upgrade to Sx300_FW_Boot_1.4.1.03.ros fixed the issue -- Zeus V.
