I did as you told ( /usr/sbin/radiusd -f -xx -lstdout), but as I said, when I start freeradius manually, it works well, so I don't have any error in the logs.

You really should switch to the FR 3.x stream (although RH, and by association CentOS, won't switch the FR stream to 3.x on the RH/CentOS 6.x platform because it breaks the configuration somewhat.
