This link will not help because the AD is running on a ''separate'' machine. The link shows how to integrate SAMBA and Freeradius on the same machine.
FreeRADIUS doesn't run on Windows... AD is always on a "separate" machine. Install Samba on the FreeRADIUS server and join it to the AD domain, as the web page instructs.
Also the version of EAP used is PEAP as the request are coming from a Cisco Wireless LAN Controller.
That's a very common setup. -- Matthew
