Nthashes with smbencrypt

I want to create password hashes of the LDAP users. I need this because peap/mschapv2 doesn't read encrypted passwords, but nt hashes. I can use smbencrypt to do this but I don't know how to do. Anyone knows how to create nt hashes using smbencrypt?? thanks.
