question about 802.1x

I have been trying without success to authenticate users in the 802.1x user file, is there a way to do it. ? I would create a default rule in the "users " file for all users starting at the domain " WINDOWS \ * " authenticate locally with the Auth -Type = Access My freeradius version is 2.1.12 thank you very much -- hi every body.
