Do I need to install something else before the freeradius RPM file?
Should I had added a prefix/option at the time of build the RPM packet
in order to include the libeap-1.1.2 libray?

Can you provide the output to the following commands?

rpm -qp --provides freeradius-1.1.2-0.i386.rpm
rpm -qp --requires freeradius-1.1.2-0.i386.rpm
