Yeah. Telcos use diameter for a lot of 3G things.

Most network devices will *never* support Diameter.

There's "freediameter", which seems to work. But I don't think it's been used in production systems.

Yes. Freediameter has a diameter to RADIUS gateway. Alan DeKok.
