And this occurs only for users who wanna use Framed-IP address? I am really sorry but I am Newbie about radius. All I wanna do that send IP address form pool or static to user according to their definition if they succesfully enter OTP password. Is that really hard?

If FreeRADIUS is sending the Framed-IP-Address in the Access-Accept, any problems after that are the fault of the NAS. Alan DeKok.
