Should I be worried about these error messages?

I'm seeing a fair number of error messages of the form Error: Couldn't open /var/cache/freeradius/tlscache/e60f73c400b6462028a381a46f584d59f25f392c59d217981221a60eba9b3345.vps for reading: No such file or directory on our 3.0.12 servers with eap caching enabled.Would you see this if the cache entry has expired or is it something else?
