"device-traffic-class=voice" from FreeRADIUS?

Hi, I'm looking to setup "freeradius-3.0.4-6.el7.x86_64" on Centos 7 with 802.1x auth over LAN. The challenge is that I'd like to use Cisco phones and laptops behind those phones. The doco I've been reading (designed for Cisco ACS) suggest that the radius server needs to respond with a "RADIUS Access-Accept" message containing "device-traffic-class=voice". ref: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/solutions/Enterprise/Security/TrustSec_...
