To upgrade via yum you will need to enable the testing repo, e.g.
yum --enablerepo=fedora-updates-testing upgrade freeradius
I checked F14's rpm from http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=249881, and /etc/logrotate.d/radiusd still contains entries like this /var/log/radius/radius.log { monthly rotate 4 create missingok compress } Shouldn't there be a "kill -HUP" there somewere?
