You just read the debug output with the message about OpenSSL, and do what it says...
With newwer versions I´ve had problems when compiling freeradius. Is there a more detailed version of http://wiki.freeradius.org/building/RHEL-and-Centos including how to "integrate" openssl?
You don't "integrate" OpenSSL. You just build the server, and configure it. Alan DeKok.
