Help Accounting packet forwarding

hi, i'm just a newbie in freeradiu. can i get help about how to do a accounting packet forwarding. i need to setup netsweeper application, it says that this need accounting packet forwarding, and also about add avp at that accounting data. any tutorial can be shared ? thanks.
