A NAS device that allows you to enforce bandbidth limitations, and allows to 
retrieve those limits via RADIUS (i.e. it must have support for a RADIUS 
attribute defining the max bandwidth; the NAS documentation will tell you).

Send the bandwidth limitation attribute to the NAS along with the 
Access-Accept message.
