need help for adding VSA dictionary in Freeradius 2.1.6

Alan,

I was able to use Alcatel Esam VSA in Freeradius 2.1.7 . Thanks a lot for
your help.
Note: dictionary.alcatel.esam was not included in dictionary file ... I
simply added it and it worked.
