Calling station ID

i finally resolved the issue by doing this :
Commenting out on /usr/share/radiusclient-ng/dictionary.microsoft
#ATTRIBUTE MS-Secondary-NBNS-Server 31 ipaddr
because this 31 is already in the /usr/share/radiusclient-ng/dictionary
Restarted the pptp and freereadius, after that calling-station-id is
popping up correctly in the detail accounting log.
