Discarding duplicate request error

Getting the following error in the logs when in debug mode that I did not see before:

Received Access-Request Id 1 from x.x.x.x:32775 to 10.11.1.102:1814 length 159
(4) Discarding duplicate request from client allhosts port 32775 - ID: 1 due to delayed response

Is this anything to be worried about?
