radiusd debug understanding help needed (EAP session for state 0x... did not finish)

thanks to everybody very much! 

the problem resolution, in my case, was too simple ... firmware upgrade ...

firmware with EAP-TLS issue was Sx300_FW_Boot_1.3.5.58.ros
and firmware upgrade to Sx300_FW_Boot_1.4.1.03.ros fixed the issue
