Question about the new sql client behaivour in 3.0.22

  It used to not work as documented.  That was "fixed" in 3.0.22.  It turns out now that the fix looks to be wrong.  Which is disappointing, because it was tested.  So I'm not sure what happened.

  Nothing.

  We're tracking it down and trying to fix it.
