  Posting the same thing multiple times is not useful.

  All of your messages are going to be ignored until you post the debug output.  You've been told that it's critical to getting the problem solved.  There is absolutely no excuse for not posting it.

  If some garbage OS refuses to let you run "radiusd -X" (and I don't see why that would ever be true), it should be easy to install a real OS, copy the configuration over, and run the tests there.  Ubuntu VMs are free.

  The only thing preventing you from getting this problem solved is the refusal to follow the instructions in the documentation.

  And why ask questions if you have no intention of following the help we give?
