Ask your upstream provider (a) what is the correct IP address, port, and shared secret, and (b) to list your source IP as a client.
185.186.206.13 is the national proxy server which is radsecproxy server..
Did you just randomly send them packets, or did you talk to them first? Either way, this isn't a FreeRADIUS issue. It's an administration issue between you and the national proxy server. Alan DeKok.
