Totally home grown - was MySQL and shell scripts, now LAMP. When we started (in 1992) - we used 'icradius' - which we hacked to work for us.. Freeradius is *so* much more configurable.
You mean that you have developed a home-grown management interface for the whole users/groups/nas/accounting maintenance of the database server? Have you looked at daloradius? (http://sourceforge.net/projects/daloradius) Any feedback will be much appreciated. Regards, Liran.
