I actually enabled the Accounting report from the NAS, but somehow it is kind of hang so I restart the NAS and it is sending the accounting data now. Thanks again for your patience. The Wiki && FAQ answer this question. The server has to receive Accounting-Request packets.
We have some devices connected/disconnected going on for about 2 weeks but yet I did not see any record in the "radacct" table.
