radacct table has nothing in it
Hello everyone, Could you please instruct me how to make the server log the information in the "radacct" table? We have some devices connected/disconnected going on for about 2 weeks but yet I did not see any record in the "radacct" table. I have uncommented sql in Authorize{}, Accounting{}, Session{} and Postauth{} in "default" and "inner-tunner" file already. Also, in the freeradius config file, I have changed to "yes" for the auth, auth_badpath and auth_goodpass Am I missing anything please? Thank you James --- This email has been checked for viruses by AVG. https://www.avg.com

The Wiki && FAQ answer this question. The server has to receive Accounting-Request packets.

The server doesn't invent accounting data. It gets accounting data from the NAS. So... is the NAS sending accounting packets? Alan DeKok.
Hello Alan, Thank you so very much for your helps. I actually enabled the Accounting report from the NAS, but somehow it is kind of hang so I restart the NAS and it is sending the accounting data now. Thanks again for your patience. Check if the radacct table schema matches freeradius default, Just suggesting it's been a common problem recently. Uchenna Nebedum On Fri, Oct 5, 2018, 20:37 <james.ngobui@gmail.com> wrote:
