Hi,
well, mm I installed it from the package, I mean, sudo apt-get freeradius... and the version is 2.1.8, It install freeradius on /etc/freeradius. And there, I dont find a folder called "docs"
docs should be installed somewhere on the system - use the search tool to find eg freeradius - maybe in /usr/share/doc/freeradius2 ?
..but you can still run in debug mode...radiusd -X - so at least get that info
