Hi,
now its giving like this...
[root@localhost init.d]# /usr/local/fnmt/etc/init.d/radiusd start Starting FreeRADIUS:Fri Apr 10 07:15:32 2009 : Info: Starting - reading configuration files ... radiusd
# ps -eaf|grep radiusd root 4412 31100 0 07:15 pts/0 00:00:00 grep radius
No pid created.
Why? want is going wrong?
because of the _other_ error that was in your previous messages:
(Failed creating PID file /usr/local/fnmt/var/run/radiusd/radiusd.pid: Permission denied)
make sure that you have a /usr/local/fnmt/var/run/radiusd directory and that it is writable etc by the 'radiusd' user
