Cannot upgrade 2.1.4 to 2.1.6

OpenSSL - configure issues

Hello, I am having a terrible time getting FreeRADIUS to build using the OpenSSL that I specify in the configure. What must I do? Here are the configure directives I am using. - Bill # Location to install freeradius INSTALLDIR=/home/wrettig/TestRadius # Location to get openssl libs.
