Radsniff bugs

Hello, I switch to devel mailing list, as I am reporting bugs on radsniff utility. Up to now, I have found the following bugs: 1- radsniff crashes on some packets: * non-RADIUS packets * status-server requests 2- radsniff is not able to manage fragmented RADIUS packets (maybe its pcap's fault?). In some cases, my Access-Accept can be quite big (more than 1500 bytes for RADIUS packet length) because they ship lot's of VSA 3- radsniff RADIUS attribute filter desn't work - actually, I can't figure out the correct syntax Best regards, Geoff. _____________________________________________________________________________ Ne gardez plus qu'une seule adresse mail ! Libtnc EAP Module

Hi, according to our research on the web concerning existing Open Source TNC server implementations, we only found the TNC@FHH project interacting with FreeRADIUS in this context. As TNC@FHH doesn't make use of the TNC library libtnc, which we would like to employ, we are currently planning to implement the missing link between FreeRADIUS EAP module and libtnc. schema divergence in SQL flavours..

hi, is there any particular reason why the mysql and postgres schema differ in their naming conventions for the radpostauth table? this makes it more interesting for users to utilise, eg sql_log module as the values in radiusd.conf are the MySQL values in the radpostauth schema...and not postgresql's alan

rlm_ldap bugs #458 and #459, compare_check_items

I submitted these bug reports (with fixes) back in June, and have been mantaining them in my local sources since then. Together, they seem to make "compare_check_items = yes" quite usable, and more flexible than the suggested rlm_checkval alternative. I've attached an updated patch for both against the current CVS HEAD to bug #459. Is there anything else I can do to help integrate these fixes? After trying 2.0.0-pre2 in a number of scenarios... I've committed some more code. - realm "authhost" parsing was broken - radclient doesn't die on receiving packets with bad signatures - client sections can now have "ipaddr" or "ipv6addr" fields, to use the same syntax as home servers, listen, etc. The old syntax is still allowed - documentation for virtual servers in sites-available/README - updated ChangeLog I've also tested multiple virtual servers proxying requests to themselves with load balancing && failover. Nice. It makes a number of tests much easier to perform. Alan DeKok.

Without cleartext password

Hi people, I work with OPENSER + FREERADIUS + OPENLDAP But it just work with password's users is in cleartext. I need put them in some encrypt, I think to put in MD5 or SHA. Have someone that could help me ? Anything is good: references, tutorial or until config examples. Very thanks, Thiago Maluf.
