iPlanet Schema install into Directory Server 6.3

Hi Guys I know this is pretty easy out there i just cant get it to work. Just a newbeee Am trying to install the doc/examples/iplanet.schema and doc/examples/iplanet.ldif into dsee6 and cant seem to get it done via ldapadd or ldapmodify. Please help

Accounting into MySQL

Hi folks, I have an Ubuntu server 8.04.2 LTS running (pretty bare bones). I installed freeradius and freeradius-sql from the repositories (MySQL 5, all dependiencies, etc). For configuration I followed the SQL HOWTO on the FreeRADIUS Wiki page. I am able to successfully use NTRadPing Test Utility against the radius server when configured to use SQL as the back end. I also followed the instructions on the Frontios website and a few other websites, and by searching this groups mail archive on how to configure accounting into SQL, but I'm not getting any accounting information. Running freeradius -X I see the queries going to the database for authentication, but I don't see any insert/select into statements indicating accounting information being written to the database. I have some basic questions to better understand accounting into SQL. 1. Using NTRadPING, should I get entries in my radacct table? 2. I have uncommented the sql_log, and all the detail log sections, and in the accounting section, and uncommented the sql in the accounting section. What other changed are required assuming that I am already successfully authenticating from the radcheck table? 3. Is there a more detailed how-to on the internet (I guess my google-foo is not as good as others) specifically on accounting in mysql? 3.b) ... sepecifically on MAC authentication? Thanks so much! Log a Vendor-Specific Value

Hi, I have some problems with radius. I want to log the Value (an integer) in my Vendor-Specific attribute to a mysql database. I use %'{Vendor-Specific}' as variable to write it to the database but it always writes 0x25ce0000010630390000 to the database instead of the Value. hi, I would like to use two sources of useres for EAP-PEAP authentication, "DOAMIN\user" and "user" should be authenticated ny ntlm_auth, "user@ldapserver" shopuld use LDAP attribute ntPassword from my ldap server. Is someone running such a configuration and could provide me with a hint or a sample ? I have tried using realms and proxing to virtaul server, but this does not seam to work. I have a virtual server server virtual.example.com { $INCLUDE ${confdir}/sites-available/default } realm "ldapserver" { } Works realm "ldapserver" { virtual_server = virtual.example.com } Does not. Ivan, Thanks for the catch on listing ntlm_auth in authorize. I followed the deployingradius.com link. I'm still not getting it. I tried uncommenting the ntlm_auth = line in the mschap file.
